1) Castaway Key. Yes this is a destination exclusive to Disney Cruises, but it is totally worth booking a Disney Cruise to be able to experience this first hand. If you know me you know that I love food. So my favorite part of the island is the food. Not only is the food just as good as the food on the ship but your meal is included in your price when you book the cruise. Your drinks are included as well including carbonated drinks but the alcoholic drinks are extra. And if you are traveling as adults only or opt to have the little ones go with the kids club you can enjoy the features of Serenity Bay. This area is located at the back of the island. You can rent a cabana, rent a bike or just lounge by the sea in a hammock hanging off the trees. They also have a menu with some Adult Friendly items where the food is still included. You get a whole section of ocean to yourself while still being able to enjoy the more populated areas of the beach if you would like. Castaway Key is one to keep in mind.
2) Alaska- That's right! Most people think of a cruise and they automatically think beach. But this destination is for sure unique. Not only are you surrounded by the ocean like any other cruise you are also surrounded by some amazing animals. Me and my family were amazed as we looked over the edge and saw seals following us on our boat or lazing on the moving glaciers. My mom even fell off her treadmill while watching a polar bear walk across the snow. Talk about a work out! The scenery alone is worth taking an Alaskan cruise.
3) Grand Turk- The minute that you set your sights on this beachy island you will be rushing everyone out the door to pick your favorite spot on the beach! That not all that there is to do. The island also offers horse back riding and snorkeling island hop opportunities and much more. Make sure to explore the options offered by your cruise line or check with your favorite travel agent for more information.
